The floor is needing painted again! 3rd time lucky 🤪🤪 - as a result the showroom will be closed to visitors all next week which is from Monday 8th of April through to Friday 12th April. If anything changes we will let you know. As always I will be on hand to deal with calls and emails from home. Big shout out to for making this all possible! 😤 Hopefully this will be the last thing we have to do because of the flood. 🤞🤞

The showroom will be closed today for more painting. I'm at home and still able to answer your calls and emails until 4pm today. We will also be closed for the bank holiday weekend from 29th March and returning at 930am on Tuesday 2nd April. All voicemails and emails will be responded to upon our return in the order they have been received. Please note that calls and emails won't be checked whilst we are off to allow us all a much needed break.

Servicing – did you know we offer a 6-month warranty on our servicing? Well, we do. You might ask why we do this? Well sometimes if a door hasn’t been serviced for years or even at all, then one visit might not be enough to take care of issues accumulated over time. The door may have the same fault again (requiring further parts) or might need extra lubrication if this is the case we would just book the engineer back out to deal with this. Providing you contact us within 6 months of the service then there won’t be another charge for another visit. Simple. We also do this so it saves any stress customers may feel when the issue isn’t fully resolved and need call us about it. We feel knowing up front you aren’t expected to pay for another visit will help take the tension out of having to make that call to us. This is one of the many reasons why working with a local, small family run, business is better than large national companies.

Finally! It’s Christmas in here!

Wish I had the before on this one!! 😬 how fresh does this look?! I always say white, if kept clean, will always look like a new door! This is the Hörmann UK Sectional Garage Door in Woodgrain White. This design is Medium Ribbed with matching Side Door. Always a seamless look when the design gets matched to both the garage door and side door.

Update - 14/11/23 Apologies the showroom will be closed this afternoon and tomorrow. The paint fumes are too much so I'll be working from home.
