All classes are designed for mixed ability, strength, alignment and functional movement. So all levels welcome and supported as long as you’re safe to exercise!

Suffer from knee or hip pain? This weeks session is all about strengthening the main supporting muscles: Quads, Adductors, Hamstrings, Calves & Glutes.
After personally suffering with chronic knee & hip pain, I’m obsessed with understanding exactly how to keep them as happy and healthy as possible and sharing the importance of this.
Work on the below exercises regularly for stronger and pain free movement 🤍
*take each movement slow and controlled and remove the band if needed*
🦋 1 - Banded Adductor lifts / pulses:
Keep the moving leg elongated with a flexed foot to focus on the back of the leg, squeezing at the top.
10 reps & 20 mini pulses to finish
🦋 2 - Banded Abductor / single leg kicks:
Lengthen through the hip and don’t lift too far past hip height.
10 reps
🦋 3 - Shoulder bridge with leg extension:
Point the foot to lift and flex to lower. Engage and drive through standing leg.
5-8 reps per leg
🦋 4 - Banded single leg glute bridge:
Actively engage through standing leg and keep lofted leg in table top.
5-8 reps per leg
🦋 5 - Banded horse kick with hamstring curls:
Lower onto opposite forearm to moving leg.
Keep the moving leg straight and lifted when extending the foot away and squeeze heel toward buttocks.
5-8 reps per leg
🦋 6 - Prone diamond lifts:
Keep heels good together, knees wide apart and squeeze the glutes to lift.
5-8 lifts
Feeling ready to add a little more spice to your Pilates flow? Today’s snippet focuses on combining classical & contemporary movements, with the added challenge of hand weights, from my recent studio session.

As the face behind Molly Moves I wanted to say a quick hello as I begin my passion in Pilates coaching 🤍
So, why Pilates? Pilates began as a mind & body healing practise for me to recover from a both physically and mentally challenging time. Over the years it has built to become the most empowering and energising part of my life. I have found harmony, mindfulness and true strength and it continues to fuel my day to day in amazing ways I can’t wait to share 🫶🏻
I am passionate about sharing this experience with you, supporting you in prioritising movement, mobility and finding your inner strength too.
