Straights lines are a must!

This fire place had a gap separating from the wall. It looked unfinished and messy. Some tape and some flexible filler from the gun and we now have this nice looking finish.

More repairs.

Not quite perfect but customer was happy. This repair finished off 10x better than befor we started.

Almost there!!

The repairs from our previous post are coming along nicely. Completing the repairs in-between painting the hallway, stairs and landing and the dining room. We should wrap this one up in the next couple days.

Todays job is more repairs

This is quite common for me to come across. Poor finishes where your skirting boards meets the wall. This has not been complete very well, we will rake out the poorly finished cualk, fill where needed and cualk to make it look smart with a straight line. Look out for pics when we are done.

Progress

Starting to see the difference now. All cracks filled and sanded then second filled and a base coat of white over the top. Started on the green for the lower half of the room so we can start to see the room change

Lots of cracks on this rental house. Loon out for the finished product in a few days

What a great use of space this is. I was asked tk create a straight line and divide a large space into 2 by painting the ceiling into a 5th wall on half of the space.

Crisp lines amd smooth woodwork.

I like to pride myself on giving the best job possible within the price we give. I hope this shows within my work. This job took alot of preperation and came out extremely smooth after we sprayed the skirting then masked it for a crsip straight line.

Perfect finishing

We pulled out the spray gun for this one. The customer wanted a smooth factory finish with no brush lines or roller marks. This one was sprayed as it stands and it came out amazing. We changed the handles from old silver handles to these gold finish handles selected by the customer.

We completed this front door recently.

From tired faded green to a fresh matt black.

This was completed by brush to help keep the wood grain features.
