Cracked Black Pepper Crackers.

A savoury and warming cracker with fragrant tones of cracked black pepper.
Perfect with any soft cheese or a creamy brie. They also work very well on their own as a bar bite with a crisp cold pilsner.

We are thrilled to announce that we have been approved to produce canned food. This makes us the first approved cannery in Cornwall since the 1940's.
We plan to start with a range of vegetarian products followed by Cornish Fish, Cornish Bone Broth and Lobster Bisque.

We're recruiting

We've been busy recruiting and are excited to announce that we have expanded our bakery team. We are thrilled to welcome Jeremy and Michelle to the team!! Jeremy and Michelle have joined us as bakery manager and assistant to bring you all the delicious biscuits you love.

This position reports to the Managing Director and is a senior appointment within the production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the mixing, rolling and baking the products. They will have to be able to work under pressure and achieve output targets. There is a requirement to be able to record production batches and log goods in. They will work with the sales team to ensure that orders are produced in timely manner and maintain the high quality expected of all our products.
