Come and set up my yoga space with me… Setting up before I teach a class has become a ritual that I love to do for my students. Its so nice for them to arrive at my space and know that everything has been taken care of for them. All they need to do is show up. I roll out each mat, place bricks, blocks, belts, eye pillows and bolsters. I supply all of the equipment that you need for your yoga practice so if you’ve never tried a yoga class before why not come along? I even offer a free trial class! I run classes in Stanstead Abbotts on Tuesday nights and Thundridge on Friday mornings. Take a mindful moment in your day🦶🏼🎾 using a tennis ball to give your footsies a good old stretch (yoga mat optional) 1. Find a wall or chair you can hold on to for balance. 2. Roll the ball from the heel of the foot towards the toes of the foot and back again S L O W L Y 3. Scrunch your toes around the ball. Hold for a breath. 4. Circle the ball over the arch of your foot. 5. Apply more pressure if it feels good. 6. Ease up if it feels tight. 7. Don’t forget to breathe deeply. ~I bet you’ve been holding it in or not breathing at all 😮‍💨 Repeat on other foot. That’s it! Now get on with your day. You’ve done a good thing for you mind and body and have taken a mindful moment just for you 🤍🙌🏼💪🏻🙏🏼
