Happy New Year to all our Customers! We have decided to trial a non contact delivery and collection service, we hope this will enable us to remain open even if restrictions become even more tighter. We hope that this will be a temporary measure but feel this will keep everyone safe for the time being.

5-10 minutes before we arrive I will send a message to say we are on our way. Could you please get your bag ready to leave on your doorstep. We will text once outside. Once you have closed your door we will collect the ironing.

Once a delivery time is arranged we will deliver your items on a rail placed outside your door. To avoid contact please don't open your door until the door bell rings. If you pay with cash we will leave a money envelope with your items. Please place the money in the envelope and leave by the rail. Once you close the door we will come back for the rail.

Sorry for the information overload! I hope this all makes sense and hopefully these measures will not be for too much longer. We are now taking bookings from the 5th January.

Hi we are taking bookings up until the 22nd December, with last deliveries on the 23rd.

We will then be back taking bookings from the 28th-30th December with deliveries up until the 31st. Then we will be back open for bookings on the 4th January onwards.

The Buntingford Ironing Company is a local, family run business offering professional ironing at an affordable price. We cater for any ironing need, big or small at times that are convenient for you, your family or business. Free collection & delivery.

How it works:

You can book a convenient time for us to collect your ironing via the online booking system, Facebook messenger, emailing [email protected] or by calling/texting 07850656135.

Once collected your items will be professionally ironed/pressed, folded or covered on hangers and returned to you at a suitable time.

Payment options:

If you prefer to pay online a clear itemised invoice will be attached upon delivery of your items, with details of how to pay online.

If you would prefer to pay by cash please let us no in advance and we will provide you with a cash envelope on collection of your items; we will then send you an invoice before delivery of your items. Cash can then be placed in the envelope provided. Having the correct cash amount would be preferable due to Covid-19 guidelines.

Pressing/steam ironing kills bacteria and viruses. All hangers and bags will be cleaned with antibacterial spray.

All non contact and social distancing measures will be adhered to.
