Squat Depth🏋🏽♀️
Squat depth is mega important for helping to:
1️⃣ Strengthen Muscles
2️⃣ Improve Flexibility
3️⃣ Improve Mobility
4️⃣ Reduce Injury Risk

A deep or full squat should aim for a knee angle of 90 degrees or below✨

What I eat in a day, not calorie counting🧁
This is what I’ve eaten today, I’m currently eating soft foods due to having my braces and trying to gain some weight before my double jaw surgery😬 I’m still watching what I eat but still training and I’m not being as strict as I usually am😮💨
Most common deadlift mistakes I see, as shown in the video⬇️
Rounding of those shoulders and over extending at the end🙃 To fix this make sure those shoulder blades are pulled back, like your squeezing a ball under your armpits. Then when you come up don’t over extended at the end, straight up and back down👌🏼
A perfect deadlift should look like this:
Start with your shins an inch away from the bar, with feet hip width apart, engage those glutes and that core, with shoulders back and spine and neck in a neutral position. Hinge from your hips. Bend forward from the hips and bend your knees slightly until shins touch the back, with your grip just outside your legs. Then lift until straight then back down and repeat✨
