When the landlord brings you in to furnish the property 48 hours before the first guests arrive... This property was one we recently furnished in Marlow. This will be used for short-stay serviced accommodation, when we go the keys it was completely empty! It's amazing what you can do with hard work, a small budget and a deadline!

We technically become your tenant. Many Landlords prefer professional tenants and that is what Horizon Stays & Management is. We will be your only point of contact, you will have only one contract regarding tenants and that will be with us. This will be a business contract so we don't hold any standard tenant rights!
