This is the stunning complete rebuild we carried out in 2023 of an existing bungalow into a two storey stone built dwelling in Trawden. Absolutely fabulous 👌 and great teamwork to all involved. Another very happy customer 😀

Small structural job that doubled the size of the kitchen

Our current project is well and truly underway. New Orangery Extension including:

1. Reduce level excavation and stone filling
2. Reinforced concrete foundations including mini piling
3. Concrete beam and block floor and drainage
4. New insulated cavity walls of facing brick and concrete block

Completion of the summer house we've constructed. We assisted our client with the design and build project.

Our in house designed phase 2 landscaping project completed for our existing client, removal of defective decking and replaced with new raised patio area with Porcelain paving. Very satisfied customer. Materials supplied by MKM Building Supplies

The clients brief was to create a low maintenance entertaining area. The garden was cleared removing 60 tonnes of spoil before levelling, grading and paving. The final piece The Pergola. The client was very pleased with the results as this was how they envisioned. The job was completed in time for the early July sunny spell. Another recent job completed including breaking out all defective pointing to existing paved patio, replacing loose pavings, powerwash clean paving and joints to remove all debris, repoint all joints using grit sand/cement/bonding solution and final powerwash clean to completion. Recent job completed including breaking out to remove a defective cavity tray and steel beam. Installed new reinforced concrete lintels, new cavity tray, stonework and new leadwork. Another very Happy customer
