So sorry for all the silence it’s been quite a struggle finding any time for sewing or even to update the page over the past year. I’ve neglected the page while trying to juggle everything else in my life. I’m going to start making some time each week to get back to making.

I’ve been sorting through my scraps and have 3 bags of scraps up for sale. Approximately 1.4kg in each bag some quite decent sizes and tapers.

Mix of Lenny lamb, little frog, joy and joe and some bits of natibaby.

Sorry for the Facebook silence for the last 6 months life has been hectic and I just haven’t found the time to balance all of my plates.

I’ve spent the last 6 months focusing on my health and my family. Baby is no longer a baby she’s a full fledged walking talking toddler.

I will slowly be starting things back up and do have some stock that I will be listing up at discount prices.

Two recent custom hip bags. Both using the last of my natibaby violet invisibility cloak scrap I think it’s my favourite colour way of invisibility cloak colourways.

Quite excited for what I’m working on with these scraps lit’s going to be very colourful. Can’t wait to see what it’s like finished.

Kind of selfish sewing

I used my sewing time yesterday while madam napped to make up two taggies one for her and one for a gift (can’t show you that one). Little lady loves to fiddle with labels on toys and blankets so thought a taggie would be perfect for her.

Please note I don’t make these to sell.

So the kids have been back at school for 2 days and baby is getting back into her nap routine so that must only mean one thing. I have time for sewing again.

We’re having some scorching weather in Lancashire. It’s expected to reach 27 degrees here. So hot I’ve burned in the brief times I’ve been out in our yard this weekend. What’s the weather like where you are?

Mine were E, D, E and G my smallest was 7lb 12.5oz and my largest was a whopping 11lb 3oz.

2 years ago today the page officially opened.

The past year has been a tough exhausting one with a very tough pregnancy and then adjusting to 4 kids.

Baby is now 22 weeks old and we are looking forward to a 3rd year and being able to start concentrating more on growing.

It would seem Facebook is having some glitching issues as it’s currently posting lots of posts. I’m not sure what’s going on yet or how to stop the repeat postings.

This arrived in the post today and I’m so pleased. I attended the course while pregnant last year and completed the coursework before the beginning of December and now have my certificate to say I passed. Now all official for helping out with my local sling library.
