Just a reminder that our local shop (The Print Station) is now closed for two weeks.
Film processing will be available most days during this time.
However, our lab will be closed on Monday 5th August and Friday 9th August.
If you want to collect or drop off any film next week, this will be available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, but please email us to arrange a time first. [email protected]

As we are a small, family-run business, we do have a bit of juggling to do at this time of year due to childcare!

PHOTO HIPPO LAB will be operational most days throughout the holidays - although our working hours may be erratic, early mornings, late nights etc. We will be working hard to ensure that our turnaround times aren't affected too much 👌

THE PRINT STATION will be closed from 2pm Friday 2nd August until 10am Monday 19th August. During this time, the only services available will be film processing in our lab. If you are a local customer and would like to drop off some films for processing, please email us at [email protected] to arrange ☺

🎉REOPENING TOMORROW 🎉

Exciting news! After being closed for 4 weeks for our shop refit, we will be reopening our doors tomorrow 🙌

The refit is not completely finished but we are still in a position to open our doors again, finally!

We are very happy with the work so far, it's been worth the wait ❤️

New Reopening Date: Monday, November 7th

We're nearing the final stages of our shop refit, but we regret to inform you that we must postpone our reopening by another week. This delay is due to the delivery and installation of our new printers scheduled for next week.

Refurb Update

Unfortunately we have had a very slow start to our refurb for a few reasons and are now behind schedule 😢

We had hoped to reopen on Monday 23rd but it's now looking like the reopening date will be Monday 30th October, all being well! 🤞

We are still working downstairs in the lab processing films and transferring audio and video tapes so please email us to arrange drop offs. [email protected]

Our mail order service is still operating during this time 🙌

Hi all, it's all go here at the moment with the refurb! 🙌

Just wanted to give you all a heads up that the lab won't be operational on a few days over the next couple of weeks.

October is always one of the quietest months of the year for us so it shouldn't affect our lab times too much.

🎉 Exciting Announcement! 🎉

Dear Valued Customers,

We're delighted to share some exciting news about our LOCAL SHOP. In the coming weeks, we will be on a journey of rebranding and refurbishment, alongside the introduction of new services and products.

🏢 Shop Transformation:
Starting from 2pm Friday, October 6th, we will temporarily close our doors for a two-week period to give our store a fresh, updated look.

💌 Uninterrupted Mail Order Service:
Rest assured, our mail order service will continue without interruption during this period. You can still place orders throughout this time.

🎞️ Film Processing and Video-to-DVD:
The good news is, our film processing and video-to-DVD services will remain operational throughout the refurbishment.
