Our refurbished heaters are now on our website shop (Link Below) as I have just recently updated it as its been neglected for the last few years as we have been mainly selling new heaters and Air-conditioning systems. All of the heaters we do are rebuilt from the ground up like a classic car and many of them are scrapped as they are too old and too far gone to refurbish. A batch of new uniforms has come through, we like to make all sure all our engineers are are looking smart when doing any work and professional as it should be, non of our vans are logo marked as when we did this we noticed that because of the area we work in Nationally the vans used to get more broke into when advertising "you carry tools in the back of the van" hence why my vans are not logo marked. Installation by our inhouse engineers at a Tile Showroom a replacement Powrmatic heater for another suspended heater which had been condemned due to age and had cracks in the heat exchanger and could not be welded or repaired. The new heater was repositioned more efficient and smaller in size saving on gas usage. The old heater was refurbished and installed over 10 years ago by our engineers so it had run its course and was in need of replacement.

Photos of a recent installation our engineers did at LC Automation local to us in Blackburn. I designed the system to replace 2 old Robur heaters with 2 new Powrmatic Limited LXF 60's warm air heaters and a bank of 5 new CECX 1400 destratification fans. The client was very happy with the system and so asked us to change the old Worcester Bosch boiler they had with a new one as fitted by our in-house engineers and completed. The client has already seen savings on the new system and its saving money and gas use has dropped. I did ask if an electric heating could be used and when designed as an electric system it was too many amps for the what came into the building, so we went back to a more efficient gas heating system. Out with the old and in with the new our latest project for a new client in Peterbourgh that are expanding and have added a new warehouse to there current warehouse as it was getting very full with orders, this project involves a new office boiler system for 2 x 25 year old Hamworthy floor mounted boilers to a new highly efficient Ideal cascade system with a a low less header and a plate to plate heat exchanger to add more efficacy to the system and protect the boilers from the old existing system which is it was being connected too the old boilers worked fine but was just too old and the parts obsolete for them. A recently installed installation. I have to give full credit to the team here at CK Services and it is a first for us as its our first press fit installation on large pipework working alongside Combat HVAC who gave us the initial enquiry. We installed 2 x Combat ELG 105Kw floor mounted gas heaters and 6 x HVE 400 destratification fans the client also asked if we could provide gas pipework for the new 300Kw powder coating plant. We designed a pipework system using 89mm stainless steel pressfit to power the plant and installed the heaters and all the other contractors working on site was saying what a neat and smart looking installation it is and we have to agree 👍
