Motivational Monday
Do that one thing you have been putting off.
Wether it's that massive pile of paperwork that needs going through or that phone call you need to make. Take 20 minutes today, even if you just just get it started.
I struggle alot with putting off tasks and I've been working on ways I can get through it. Often it can help if you have someone who can just be with you when you complete a task. This is sometimes called body doubling..
Do you have any tips for someone struggling with this?
My absolute favourite hands and feet to work on. Harry in particular, loves reflexology and often asks for it at bedtime.. It helps him to relax and wind down.

Are you a mouth breather? Do you have any health problems?
Listening to this book at the moment. I'm shocked at the difference nose and mouth breathing makes to your body. Highly recomend this to anyone who is a mouth breather or knows someone who is.
Do you have a pet? I would love to see your fury friends.. Some of you may remember Toby as he would quite often greet people in the garden before they came in for their treatment. He would often come for a walk on his lead around the block. He would eat his dinner round my neighbors. He was a funny cat.. He died last year so we are thinking of looking for a new pet soon as the house feels empty without him.
Having a pet is meant to have so many benefits for your mental and physical health.
My favorite reflexology photo.. He still loves to have reflexology.
I will soon be doing some training in a new reflexology treatment. Can you guess what it is?
How is everyone? Just thought I'd pop on here as It's been just over two years since I did my last treatment and since my last post on here.
I've very much missed doing my treatments and seeing all my lovely clients. I'm still not quite well enough to return yet, but I have made some progress recently and I hope with some support I will be able to start making some plans to re-open. I think im going to aim to start doing a couple of reflexology treatments a week by the summer.

Me and my journey to becoming a Reflexologist and Foot Health Practitioner.
My name is Michelle and I have 13 years experience in the Health and Social care industry. I have always enjoyed caring for people and have worked with some lovely people throughout my career in care. My passion for holistic therapies started at a young age and I am still amazed at how beneficial they can be. When I was in my early 20`s I witnessed how Reflexology was helping calm and reduce behavioral issues in my severely autistic clients. This was the first time I had heard of reflexology and I was amazed at how my clients responded to it.
Almost 10 years later I tried Reflexology for myself with the lovely Karen at Loving Hands Holistic Clinic when I was struggling to conceive and under a lot of stress. I found the whole experience amazing, It really helped my stress and anxiety levels and I was left feeling so calm for days after each treatment. It was then I realised I wanted to help people using Reflexology. I completed Level 5 Clinical Reflexology alongside Level 4 Anatomy and Physiology in 2017 at Jubilee College in Sheffield. I thoroughly enjoyed my training which included palliative, fertility, and maternity reflexology training. I also completed training in Indian Head Massage with Birmingham Holistic.
During my time delivering Reflexology services to people in my local area, I noticed lots of people I had been treating had problems with their feet such as cracked heels, fungal nail infections, corns and callus. The more people I saw, the more and more I realised I wanted to be able to help these people. This is why I decided to complete the Advanced Level 4 Foot Health Practitioner course with Stonebridge College in Birmingham where I was taught how to treat all of the foot and nail conditions I had being coming across in my reflexology clinic.
