We are pleased to announce that midfielder Charlie Wood will be making the step up to Nicky Law's first-team for the 24/25 season.

Charlie, whose brother Harry is a fellow Matlock midfielder and father Andy is a former Gladiators player, has made his way through the Gladiators development system and has impressed during numerous outings over pre-season earning his spot in the first-team squad.

We congratulate Charlie on his promotion to the first-team squad, and we look forward to seeing you further represent Matlock Town.
