This is me 10 years apart. Both photos have NO filters on! I enjoy tweaking myself! I want to look as young and fresh as I can however I don’t want to look too fake or puffy or swollen or ridiculous. My treatments include tox 3 times a year, 1/2ml of lips once per year, skin boosters like Profhilo 3-4 times per year, nose tweak every 18 months but tip lift 2-3 times per year, chin 1/2ml once every 18 months, tear trough or fillers under the eye every 18 months. I stopped having cheek or nasolabial fillers a long time ago and now favour small threads to lift and tighten the lower face and neck. I take collagen supplements £3.49 from TKMaxx and use Estée Lauder eye serum and concentrated coconut oil £12 from Amazon to hydrate my skin. I enjoy being the best version of myself but what I enjoy even more is giving my clients a glow up also. Making them feel more confident and content in themselves is ultimately what drives me. I’m busier than I’ve ever been but I’m glad that aesthetics is changing and we are now wanting to look more natural and less “fake”. I’m pleased to say 50 really is the new 40 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Some of my clients enjoy looking after their skin. I don’t normally endorse products but if you follow Nasim she is highly educated in the supplements she promotes. Her products are superior and her delivery times are 3-4 days 🙌🏼

Under eyes can be tricky to treat and I’m not a huge fan of tear trough but much prefer mesotherapy. Here’s my lovely client and her under eye journey. Results to follow in a few days ……….🙌🏼. This treatment is not painful as numbing is applied beforehand and tiny little injections treat the U under the eye to plump out fine lines and brighten any discolouration. I use a range of products to suit the clients needs. I don’t typically use Lumi Eye I find it weak I use more quality products and the price is £60-£70. One treatment is normally enough dependant on the damage
