As there a lot of messages about what to wear for the class and the answer is Anything you FEEL Comfortable and Confident In! 🙋♀️ Heels 👠 - it is your choice! There no one to impress Do You!!!! 💓
👠 make sure whatever foot wear you choose it fully support your ankle
👠 make sure your shoes clean from outdoors including sole
👠 yes, you can have your pleasers/strippers heels , as when it's floor work choreography you will add more spice into routine with them extra clack's ✨
👯♀️ wear something that you can move in But most importantly, something that makes you FEEL GREAT!
You will always see me differently to give you ideas for improvisation 🖤
