Loves! Thank you so so so much for your energy. Remember that yogic breathing π«πΌ π« is very powerful tool not only during Asana practice. It really isn't important how deep you go to pose. We practice Asana to correct the posture, release cumulated stress, to learn how to be aware and constantly present in the physical body. Keep focusing on your breathing, keep being present in now.

Hi loves! Thank you so much for practicing Asana with me. I always have so much fun with you allππ Remember to be mindful of your forehead during the day. You can close your π and stop at any time. And ask yourself: is my forehead relaxed? Is it nice and smooth like a lake's surface on the morning? Do I hold onto any tension? Any thoughts? Breath in to your abdomen, expand the chest and lift your heart towards the sky. And relax with exhale. No need to stress at all. It's just foolery of your programmed mind. Your most truth state is being relaxed and flexible. Strong roots and flexible brunches, just like a tree. Your highest intelligence lies in your nature. Like the highest intelligence of a tree lies in the tree's nature. LOL π€£ π π
have we ever witnessed a tree being anxious, stressed and depressed, crying over not being able to reach to the sky? Wake up π¦₯π¦₯π¦₯

Thank you loves for last night fun! Keep noticing your breath and any moment in your day you can always close your eyes and go within ποΈ if the outside world start to be overwhelming. Loves! Thank you so much for tonight's funππ» I hope you enjoyed moving on your mat blindfolded π without the vision we redirect the energy to within, so we focus on ourselves. How we feel inside. The trick is to live with eyes wide open and remain same focus. π¦₯π¦₯π¦₯ Slow movements with eyes closed make us aware of loads of processes we aren't usually aware of with eyes open. Yogic breathing - breathing in to the abdomen and expanding chest allows the oxygen to pe*****te every single cell of your physical body. Slowly breathing out carbon dioxide and toxins you relaxing your mind and organs, the tension, stocked up emotions are coming out. You are more PRESENT. By practising Yoga, you are becoming more relaxed in everyday life. So you enjoy it more. So you are blissful, content and happy. π₯Ήπ₯Ήπ₯Ή
It's nice to be playful as a child again. Exploring life as pure awareness.
