Hi all. Due to the huge number of last minute cancellations over the past month I have unfortunately had to implement a cancellation policy.

I have tried hard to avoid this over the years I have been running my small business, however the amount of no shows and cancellations within 24 hours of appointments has forced me to take this difficult decision.

I understand that sometimes life can get crazy and you may need to change /cancel your appointment.

However, to make my small business viable, I need to be given enough time to fill appointments that are cancelled.
Therefore, I kindly ask that you give 48 (working) hours notice if you need to move or cancel.your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48(working) hours notice will be charged 50% of the total treatment cost.
If you fail to show to an appointment or cancel within 24 (working) hours of the appointment, then 100% of the total treatment cost will be payable.
With no further bookings made until the fee has been paid .

I have something to ask you lovely lot.

Over the past working week I have had 8 appointment cancellations, most of which were on the day of the booked appointment. I realise it's half term week and that life happens, things that are out of people's control happen !
But please, if you are able to let me know you wish to cancel with some notice , it would be very much appreciated as I can then rebook the appointment slot .
I am a small business (and as you can probably imagine ) a loss of these many appointments with little notice makes it very difficult to provide a viable service to you.
