This is the 1st or 21 units we are completing before November. Using Nordikka Click LVT colour Siberian Spruce. We are also sorting the carpets using Lazio Heathers platinum.

This time in colour Ash, covering large kitchen diner area, hallway, office, toilet and cupboard.

Full sub floor preparation on this one (sorry no photos 🙃) including a latence grind in the new extension area and a double fibre screed using Uzin NC196 to bring the levels up to the existing skirting and door heights.

Extremely happy with the outcome on this one as were our customers and we can see why this is becoming one of our most popular luxury vinyl tiles with a good colour bank to choose from, registered embossed finished and a 30 years domestic warranty 👌😁
