Friday Fun Facts: 🌿 💛

Rosmary is a magical herb which has significant antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, anti-tumorigenic, and neuroprotective properties.
It is in many hair care product to support healthy scalp and hair growth.
It has also been shown to help with focus, mood, learning, memory, pain and anxiety.

💆‍♀️ Rosemary is often used in massage blends combined with other oils to support focus.

Rosemary and lemon tea is also really good if needing a little extra focused boost on a Friday morning!

🧼 Heres a little rosmary hair care mask recipe if you feel like a little pamper this Friday evening:
-5 drops rosmary essential oil
-1/2 cup coconut oil
-1 table spoon honey
Mix all together and add to you hair and leave for 10-20 minutes as a mask to allow for extra moisturisation, then wash hair as normal.

I’m Gemma, I practice as an Occupational Therapist, previously working within the NHS and now also as a Clinical Aromatherapist at the Natural Healthcare Centre. Thank you for following me.

I aim to support people to achieve their goals, from relaxation, to sleep and scar therapy, through the use of natural organic products.

I will be introducing new treatments, new products and plans which I hope will provide improvements to people’s lives. Thankyou so, so much for your support so far.
