Shibhan used to run on the treadmill, although joining BootyFit has given her confidence to run outside and not care, as although we’re an online running club it makes her feel like she’s running with her little crew! Weirdly enough running has given her more time in her life, her menopausal symptoms have subsided and she’s 22lbs lighter.
