Thank you everyone for your patience and support while we’ve been MIA… I’ve been spending the time trying out all of my Freda Power pieces hence these sweaty-post-run selfies 😅

Get ready, set your alarms, and mark it in your calendars… we launch Sept 20th!!!

We think everyone deserves a space to feel comfortable, a community where they can be themselves and explore who they are and if that community is centred around movement, then we’re even more for it!!

My name is Emily, I love lifting weights, I’ve learned to love my body for all that it allows me to do, and I absolutely love my q***rness and the community I’ve found through it.

Freda Power really began at a time when none of those facts were true about myself, it began at a time when I needed community and I needed to work on how I viewed myself. Freda Power helped me find so much love and strength and I truly hope it becomes your safe community too.

Do you prefer to work out in solitude or are you more of a team effort kinda person??

Personally, I prefer working out alone because it's my time to detach from the day and solely focus on getting through whatever workout I'm doing.. Buuutttt if I'm going to for a hike or a walk, the more the merrier!

Realising that exercise is soo much more than just physical goals is what we want to strive for with our .uk community 💗❤️
