All set up at Ely Aquafest Lots of things going on here today and at the moment, it's sunny! 😁🌞 The event officially starts at 11.30, but trading can start from 11am. Here until 5pm. Come and see us if you can.

This year, I decided to work on adding what I refer to as "the twiddly bits". Basically borders and other embellishments. Here are my latest experimental borders on these hanging planters. Room for improvement, but I think they work.😃

Next batch of hanging planters are underway. Loving working in the new studio, so much light and a view of the garden. 😍

The flooring went in a couple of weeks ago. Having been off on the boat, today is moving in day! Still some things to finish off, but the studio is open for business! 🤩

We had a very productive Easter weekend building my studio. As ever, Peter was a star and did the bulk of the construction. 🥰
My main roles were helping to carry things, holding and passing things and steadying ladders. 😂

Now we're on to the painting stage, which is where I become useful! It still needs a few more coats of paint inside and out. That should keep me busy🤣

It will mean that I have a dedicated space to work, we get the spare room back and the house stops smelling of enamel paint!
