Four layers of brown sugar sponge filled with biscoff buttercream and coated in dark chocolate ganache.
Everything is hand made and edible, including the frame and image.

One for the Guardians of the Galaxy fans! The two tiers are airbrushed sugar paste to create a stunning galaxy effect - I love it! Finished with a handmade baby Groot and planets.

It’s that time of year again when my trickiest customer arrives. Full of demands, design changes and she doesn’t even pay!

Luckily, it’s for my very own beautiful daughter 🥰 The cake features some of Emilia’s favourite things, as well as a model of herself and she loved it!

Only the middle tier is cake, the bottom and top tiers are dummy cakes and can be prepped well in advance. They’re a great idea if you’d like a showstopper of a centrepiece but can’t get through that much cake!

Congratulations to Ray and Joy, who celebrated their Ruby wedding anniversary in style. 40 years!

I love the three different effects they chose for each individual tier - marbling, dark Ruby lustre and ruching. They create a stunning cake all combined. The sugar peonies and leaves are all handmade and I used a vine effect for the numbers.

This three tier beauty has one tier of chocolate, one of biscoff and one of lemon - so many to choose from!

A special cake inspired by the birthday boys hobby of flying model planes, using Top Gun theming.

The camo plane is handmade and all the lettering is hand cut to match the theme.

Throwback to the Dungeons and Dragons cake I made a year ago! I loved making the dragon 🐉

A baby shower cake for a lady who works in dentistry in a prison. It may not be a traditional baby shower cake but I love the thought and humour that has gone in to it by the recipients colleagues! The cake features a model of a baby with the tooth fairy on the front.

Everything is handmade. It’s all edible, apart from the playpen which I made from cake pop sticks! Loved making this one.

It was a pleasure to make this for Helen and David’s wedding reception at the a few weeks ago.

Smooth, sharp white fondant finished with the happy couples initials and gold leaf. The cake is topped with handmade sugar peonies with hydrangeas, filler flowers and leaves.

I delivered this to last weekend for a special 18th birthday party. As well as being pretty and sparkly, in navy and rose gold, the cake included models of all the things that are important to the birthday girl - a truly personalised special cake and a joy to create!

Each tier is a different flavour - red velvet and chocolate, passion fruit and orange with white chocolate and chocolate and salted caramel.

I think I made my new favourite cake last week -
She’s a beauty! I love the colours - marbled pink bottom tier, ruched and wrapped middle tier with a pink blush top tier. All finished with handmade peonies and gold leaves.

This was for a 21st birthday but is an excellent wedding cake design.
