Here is a base level gaming PC from myself. It's an intel i3-8100 with a GTX 1050 and 8 GB RAM! These are perfect for running eSports games as well as most AAA titles and even a bit of CAD for less than £500! 🖥️🖱️

This is a graphics card called an RX 470 4GB, it used to have a reference cooler on it which helped just about keep the temperatures at bay, but this leaves no room for overclocking... So I installed this Arctic GPU cooler and the difference is phenomenal! It used to run 3 degrees under the temperature limit with normal settings, now it runs 35 degrees under the temperature limit and is quieter than the liquid cooling (which barely makes a sound! This allowed me to then do an intense overclock, it now runs 23% faster and now it runs 33 degrees under the temperature limit!! Hardware optimisation is so satisfying 😄🖥️

This is a prime example of a bottle neck... CPU was originally a 4 core processor that ran at a moderate speed, the customer wanted to upgrade the graphics and described bad lag in games. For a graphics card of his caliber, 4 cores isn't enough so we installed a CPU with 12 cores and double the previous RAM as well. Now the processor is a lot more capable, the graphics card can be used to it's full potential and the difference in gaming FPS was an additional 30-35%!! 👌🖥️

This is a laptop stripped down to the bare circuit board. The cooling system has been fully refurbished, the board was completely dusted and reassembled. I then went and checked the temperatures inside... Before it was 92 degrees, now it's a cool and comfortable 64 degrees and because of this, it runs 10% faster than before!
