Being our first ever Summer Event, we were so chuffed to see all of you who came along and you seemed to enjoy everything we had to offer! 😄

A special shout out to the musicians who kept us entertained all evening long : 'Nothing Fancy' treat us all to some upbeat pop hits, and 'Tom Mumford' closed the evening with a beautifully sung variety of acoustic covers 🎻

Thank you also to the food vendors ( Fully Loaded Fries , A La Cart ) , the ice cream van and of course our stall holders for bringing such a variety of amazing goods and services!

We are pleased to say that our My Wish Charity raffle raised an amazing total of £589.50!! 💜

To our dedicated staff for organising and making it such a success - we really appreciate all the effort you all put in, it would not have been able to happen without you! 👌

We hope you all enjoyed the experience as much as we did, we are looking forward to doing more in the future 🙌

After 3 months of Fundraising for My Wish Charity, we are delighted to announce that we raised a total of £1,988.84 through our fundraising ideas. All participating companies raised a whopping combined total of £31,330.17, meaning the charity have now provided an activity assistant for the dementia patients of Ward G4 👏

Not only are we proud to have been part of the whole process, we were also recognised and given the award for 'Most Creative Fundraising Idea' 😱 👇

When we started the campaign, our initial thoughts for fundraising ideas were simple events we knew would be successful. However, we wanted to make our events as interesting as possible... then came the idea to base them around well-known British TV shows! 📺

Huge congratulations to Tanya and the rest of the MyWiSH team for organising such a great event. We are so pleased to have been a part of 'Grow Your Dough 2024' and we can't wait to get stuck into the next one!!

‘It’s a bit of closure for us’: Thank you event for supporting Elodie, 6, to recovery raises over £10,000 A mum of a six-year-old who battled a rare blood condition has been left shocked after a free community event raised more than £10,000.

This Saturday 13th July we are attending Tendring Show at Lawford House Park, Essex! 🐑🌾

Tendring Show is Essex County's Premier Agricultural Event, attracting in the region of 20,000 visitors to an array of entertainment, animals, trade stands and exhibits.

Last week we had a visit from little Elodie, her mum Kayleigh and younger brother Oscar! 😊

Elodie is an incredibly brave 6 year old girl from the village who had her life turned upside down in 2022 when she was diagnosed with Aplastic Anaemia following liver failure and bone marrow failure. This rare condition has meant that Elodie has missed a lot of key moments in her early years, having to endure month-long visits to hospitals in London where she has had more than 50 blood transfusions, chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. Elodie has battled through and still has a smile on her face - she is a true inspiration! 🙌

Her mum, Kayleigh, and Dad, Ali, are very grateful for the support they have been given by the community in Walsham-le-Willows over the past 2 years while Elodie has been receiving treatments and, after being given the all-clear in April, they are hosting a fun day at the Sports Club to say thank you.

"Elodie Day" is on the 7th July and will be lots of fun for all the family, with activities such as a dog show and inflateables, as well as a crowd pleasing Charity Raffle with a top prize worth £800! Tickets are available to buy in our Country Store at £5 and all proceeds go to MYWiSH.
