Any hairdresser like to offer there services next Wednesday (29th) for a charity hair cut? it should be fun as I’m accepting ideas for hairstyles on the night until it’s completely off. It’s at the The White Hart Tuddenham with a start time of 7pm PM me if you fancy it?

On May 26th Last year Scott Dobberstein Challenged me to not have my haircut for a year, (silly boy) he said he would give me £100 if I did it. I have decided to have my hair finally cut on the 29th May at the White Hart in Tuddenham and the £100 will be the first money to be pledged. I will be taking donations on the night for any silly hairstyle we can come up with until my hair is completely gone. Anyone wishing to just pledge some money is quite welcome to just donate something no matter how small on the following Just Giving page.

Let me introduce myself!
My name is Emma - Winward Equine Dentistry has been a pipedream for a while now and this year I have decided to take the plunge and make it a reality. My goal is to offer affordable, high quality dental care to all equines. To me, dentistry is one of the most interesting parts of equine medicine and it is also one of the most important aspects of your horse's health.
I grew up in Newmarket and spent my teenage years working in racing. I then went off to Liverpool vet school and decided to return East after graduating. My first couple of years were spent in mixed animal practice. During this time I also completed a Masters in Control of Infectious Diseases (made even more interesting by a global pandemic...).
I then moved into the equine charity sector for a few years where I really flourished as an equine vet but part of me missed working with small animals. Six months ago I joined a brand new small animal practice part-time, and will continue my small animal vet mode alongside Winward Equine Dentistry!
I am currently working towards my Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (CertAVP) with a designation in Equine Dentistry - this is a 2-5 year programme involving over 600 hours of training with 3 specific modules on equine dentistry. This allows me to provide the highest quality and most up-to-date dental care!
Outside of work, I enjoy running, the gym and spending time with my four-legged gang. I have a dog, 2 cats and 2 horses - maybe they deserve their own introductions!
