Aspal Lane Nursery
We are a family run nursery growing bedding plants and hanging baskets in Beck Row, Suffolk.
2024 season is over and we are now closed for the rest of the year. We look forward to seeing you all again in 2025 π
Tomorrow is your last chance to purchase hanging baskets, basket plants, bedding plants and perennials before we close for the rest of the year. (Don't worry though, we'll be back next March π)
Last chance to purchase pelargoniums and zonal geraniums before we close for the season tomorrow (Sunday 30th June) at 4.30 (not that Paul is on a countdown or anything... π)
Prettier in purple? Just 2 more days until we close for the season on Sunday (30 June) at 4.30pm. We're sold out of the Amethyst Lips Salvias but still have plenty of hanging basket packs and a selection of other perennials available.
Pretty in pink! A perennial Gaura, surrounded by plants from our mixed basket packs (including trailing petunias, verbena and diascia). All of these plants are still currently available. Open just 3 more days until we close for the season at 4.30 on Sunday.
Popped into for a bit of lunch. We can highly recommend the aged double short rib burgers. The hanging baskets are looking pretty good too π₯°
We still have a selection of colourful plants available to brighten up your garden in this lovely weather. Paul is counting down the days until we close for the season on Sunday (30th June)
Don't forget that baskets will require lots of water in this heat. We still have some baskets available but are fast approaching the end of the season
The hanging baskets are looking great at (as are their cinnamon buns!!)
βοΈ The sun is out and so are the Gazanias βοΈ Β£2.50 for a pack of 6 βοΈ Must be planted in full sun as they close up in the shade βοΈ
Hanging baskets still available in all three sizes in various colours. We will be open daily 9.30 - 4.30 until the end of the month.
Nigel Wallace Photography - Dog Photographer managed to get some awesome pictures for us last month. Love these photos of our dogs π₯° (and the baskets aren't bad either π)
These bespoke baskets were collected today, the bold colour choice is looking great π₯°
(PS this was a single basket!)
Some of the new (to us) perennials are now on flower, including Funfare Orange Phygelius (to go with last year's Funfare Wine Phygelius), Gaura, Helianthemum, Campanula, Hardy Geranium, Blue Heron Corydalis and Amethyst Lips Salvia (to go with the Hot Lips)
baskets are a beautiful mix of red, orange and yellow this year. The benches will look very empty once these are collected, but we're looking forward to seeing them hanging up around the hotel π

I don't think Julie believed me (Louise) when I told her this wasn't my doing.... anyone know where this little fella came from? π
Perennials are now outside behind tunnels 5/6, outside next to the teashed and in Tunnel 10. Lots of new varieties and colours this year π
Veg plants are finally potted up so we've now got some of everything for sale π Most plants still need protection from frost though (and strong winds and hail like we've had today!)
We've finally got a bit of sunshine to start bringing out the flowers π» Hanging basket plants are a good size now, but still need protection from frost π»
We're very low on hanging baskets now but still have a good selection of bedding plants and perennials available. We will be closing for the season on Sunday 25th June which will be our earliest ever finish (other than the year we don't talk about) but it's too hot to keep working in the tunnels!
