🌺🌺 What a really busy Saturday this has been in Shirley’s Pantry yet again 😊 I am so thrilled and proud that the fabulous 53TWO Theatre Bar in Manchester City Centre ask me to provide their Afternoon Teas on a regular basis ❤️ Here is a video from todays Afternoon Teas that included Vegetarian and Vegan options too. If you are in and around Manchester City Centre, call in to this Theatre Bar and enjoy a tipple or just coffee & cake. You will be made very welcome and you never know who you will meet!!! 🌺🌺

My latest project 🤣
Shirley’s Pantry had such fun making this 50th birthday cake 😂 It’s a 9” white chocolate and raspberry sponge cake sandwiched together with a white chocolate ganache. I made all the figures and flowers by hand and everything on the cake is edible. I have to say that it really was great fun to make and Mike Walsh and his daughter Ellie were thrilled with it when they collected it earlier. Looking forward to making the next one for Monday 😊
