Moving is a privilege. Here I'm holding onto alot of tension. Id ran 6miles this day and was feeling tired and overwhelmed from family life. This is my pre class reminder to myself that movement helps release toxins and energy that no longer serves us. Allowing time to move with connection of the breath brings carm and clarity. This simple sequence can be done anywhere in pregnancy and postpartum. Be careful listen to the body widen the stance add a gentle bend to the knee add props and all the props move slowly and freely eloping the breath around the movement. Repeating as many times possible. My classes I encourage you to listen and connect with yourself the inner voice. Listen to your heart and do what's right for you. Absolutely delighted with how the weekend went. The energise workshop was an absolute treat. I had so much fun sharing yoga with you all and working along side Bettina Myself and bettina are delighted with how the event went and can't wait to plan the next one. The workshop was about balance energising into spring and restarting our intentions. Check-ins and self love. Bettina held a Yang firey flow to start and closed with a restorative ying session to close. I am thankful for all the support and absolutely on top of the world I get to call this my job. A snippet of a day as a yogi mom. Iv been very quiet recently. I have 2 kids and life happens, however I have gone full time yogi and I couldn't be anymore excited. I'm growing and studying and preparing for the next step. Further classes to be announced. A day and a life of a yogi mom Alert -- this is not everyday today is a good day and we are in high spirits. This is a little bit of fun to remind myself how far I have come the last 7 months as a mom of two boys. Playing around getting stronger studying for my 300hr and getting back to full movement. Iv had lots of fun today considering it's raining. Looking forward to sharing my new skills in some new classes. Follow my journey to the next chapter. Xx

Mom and baby yoga - I have 85 hour Pre and Postnatal qualification so I will ensure we move to respect the body throughout this phase of life. We will start with baby massage, baby yoga then move through a modified practice.
