Deposits
I may ask for a deposit, depending on what service you are wanting and how much time I need to book. I sometimes experience people either not showing up or cancelling last minute, if I don't do hair I don't get paid, and to make it worse I have to purchase bleach, foil, colour, peroxide etc beforehand.
I will be requiring a £30 deposit for some colour services. This is nonrefundable but redeemable against the cost of the service. Deposits are transferable but only if the appointment is cancelled 48 hours before. Any cancellation after this time will result in the deposit being lost.

If you're going on holiday or have an important event, please book as far in advance as possible. 🙏 I'm almost fully booked throughout October already. 😬 I've reduced my hours slightly because I get tired very quickly, I'm also getting medical appointments through now. There have been several people last week that have left it too late to book in and I have no appointments available. 😢
