Still feeling very privileged to be able to help on the build up of .hockenhull feature garden at RHS Tatton. I had an amazing time with such lovely people, I’d do it all again in a heartbeat. Today, I felt extremely sad, but I made myself do this one thing and it helped.

For the most part I like to keep busy, it’s a good distraction. Sometimes though, I do while away the hours thinking about my personal grief.
2022 hasn’t been a good year, I have lost three family members, one being my best friend in all the world💔🤵🏼‍♂️👰🏻🌎

I also lost my Mother in law in 2021, all this loss adds up to cumulative grief = anxiety, hopelessness and deep sadness.

Sometimes you have to do what’s right for you and not give a single thought to what other people think or expect of you. The past two days will have stirred up a huge amount of personal grief for many. Remember to reach out 💔
