Following on from my summer group, i am launching my “End of 2023” Wellbeing Club! 💜❄️💜

On five mutual dates between the 2nd October and 20th December, i will deliver a bespoke 1-1 virtual wellbeing session to provide you with information on alternative holistic health methods and share space together to inspire you to work towards the happiest & healthiest version of yourself.

The five sessions will cost £150, inclusive of a bonus wellbeing document for you to keep to continue your wellbeing journey & distance Reiki healing within session 4.

With almost 5 years experience as a Wellbeing Coach accredited by the NHS Personalised Care Institute, and 4 years as a Reiki Healer, i would love to share some of my knowledge with as many of you as possible.
