๐ฃ A brand new, totally unique, Hike and Trail Run series of adventures is coming for January 2024! ๐
๐งญ For six weeks, the weekly routes will be determined by the spinning of a large compass - whichever cardinal direction it lands on will be the direction we head off in.
๐งญ Starting in Greenmount, each route will cover a distance of approximately 4-5 miles exploring stunning green spaces exploring woodlands, along waterways, through Nature Reserves, passing historical and interesting places - truly showcasing the best areas that can be explored from a single location over six weeks.
The only thing we don't know is which specific area we will be exploring from week to week - that fate remains with the spin of the large compass before we set off!
๐งญ And, you can join the weekly adventures has a Hiker or Runner on Sunday mornings or Thursday evenings!

โThe Travelatorโ
โฐ๏ธ This hill has been lovingly dubbed โThe Travelatorโ, inspired by the 90s show, Gladiators, and it will face you on Day 2 of the 50 mile West Pennine Way Weekend. ๐ช
๐ฑ As you will tell from the photo, itโs an incredibly tough climb which leads you to Musbury Heights - the site of an old quarry.
โThe Travelatorโ itself actually used to be the tramway to the old quarry.
