I'm really looking forward to co hosting this retreat series with Alex at The Yoga Den Buxton ✨

Gifting yourself time to disconnect from life and connect with the self is very powerful and very healing.🕉️

In our lives we are so busy doing and not allowing ourselves space to just be. 🧘

We have designed each of these sessions - which can be booked individually or as a whole series - to provide a balance of movement, relaxation and rest. Each session with a focus on a different fundamental element.🌱

The day runs from 11am to 3pm meaning you can still make the school run. 🙌

We will be releasing 2025 dates shortly.🙏

I start my day strong every day with my Yoga practice. It gets my mind and body set for the day. I practice different styles of yoga from Aerial, to Yin, to Hatha and somewhere in between. I'm led by my body as she intuitively knows what is needed.

In the evening I settle for rest, reflection and a meditation.

Every Wednesday I invite you to join me at 9pm where we meditate and hold silence together so that you can access everything you need from within yourself.

The power of mediation takes us to an intuitive space of deep knowing and within this knowing lies our power.

Hi, I'm Natasha. I'm a mother of two children and wife of 23 years to my husband and best friend, Adam. 🫶

I fell into the wellbeing business via a journey of self discovery which started when we moved to the Peak District in 2017. ☀️

I have since trained as a Reiki master (although I can quite honestly say the title does not fit - there is still so much to learn and there always will be..) 📖

I am qualified to provide hopi ear candle treatments and facial massage. 🕯️

I am also qualified in Indian head massage.🕉️

I completed yoga teacher training at the end of last year and have since taken additional training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Aerial yoga. 🧘

I launched my wellbeing business, Tasha's Chakra Shed, in April 2023 as a hobby and since then have developed a real passion to work in the industry and make a difference to people's lives and understanding of themselves and the world around them. 🤗

I work from a space at my home in Chapel, I come to people's homes and to holiday makers AirBnBs locally. I also work from The Yoga Den Buxton and Riverside wellbeing in Whaley Bridge.

In the summer, you will find me at festivals as I share my gifts far and wide and invite people to join me on donation based online sessions - wellbeing should be accessible to all, with no financial barrier. 🌻

I am working hard to grow my business and am enjoying the exploration. 👀

Honestly, life sometimes feels like a giant sweet shop and I'm the big kid exploring and trying it all. 🍬 Some aspects are sweet, some are sour. But weren't we put on this earth to live, love and grow?🔥

In October I'm an expedition leader on a retreat in Guatemala. If you had told me this time last year I would be doing this, I'd never have believed you! I guess it goes to show the value in stepping outside of your comfort zone and the value of the support and love from family and friends around you.🥰

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone that supports me. I'm finding the gifts in even the ugly interactions which hurt me, as long term they provide me with necessary growth. 🌱

It will soon be time for Herb Club in Buxton!

Join me to connect with plants using your senses and learn about medicinal herbs at The Yoga Den Buxton on Wednesday 3rd July 🌿

For those who haven't joined before each Herb Club is an hour and includes a guided plant meditation, tea tasting, connecting with the energetics of the herb and journaling.

I also share the folklore and magical associations, as well as a sprinkling of science.

Each month the herb is revealed after the tea tasting where you use all your senses to experience how the herb feels in the body. Everyone has their own individual experience connecting with the herb and it's a welcoming and friendly group - no membership, just come along and learn about herbs.

Arrive with an open heart and mind to connect with medicinal plants once a month.
