A Little About Us....
We first set the facility up 2.5 years and we did this because both Dave and Callum were personal trainers at another local gym.
Personal training can be quite expensive, costing around ยฃ20-30 per one-hour session.
They found that lots of people were interested in personal training but just couldnโt afford it.
So they wanted to make it more affordable and more accessible to more people.
