We will be offering opportunities for unique tasting menu experiences, ‘micro-restaurant’ style with 6-8 people, designed, cooked, and commentated by Mylinh herself in our private dine-in function room at Halong Bay Kitchen.

Classically French-trained with over 15 years’ experience in the food industry, from private chef for high-net worth clients, to restaurateur and fine-dining caterer, this will be a food experience reflecting classic meets contemporary at the heritage of South East Asian cuisine.
