WE ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED while we try to sort out the roof situation in the shop.
Our landlord is refusing to answer any and all correspondence from us and repair the roof. We have suffered over 70 leaks in different areas since we have been in the building.
We are unable to make our wonderful products due to the conditions in the building. Our products are environment sensitive and it is impossible to make the majority of our stock in the damp conditions.
It is also unsafe for my staff to work in the building as the integrity of the ceiling tiles and the electrics has been compromised by our landlords negligence and constant water ingress.
We are really sorry for any inconvenience and are intending to be re-open very shortly. The Big Phill - Caerphilly Caerphilly Observer

Our little Eleri Fairy 🧚‍♀️ is having her tonsils out today bless her little heart. Right before Christmas 🤒. No Turkey day for El, but, lots of Ice Cream 😋.

I can’t believe it’s only 2 weeks until Christmas! 🤩 The house is looking like Santas grotto, the presents are all wrapped and the kitchens always smelling of Christmassy bakes. What’s your favourite thing about Christmas?
