❤️Introducing our amazing team member - Eva.

❤️Eva, our esteemed Head of Technical, leads a team of 20 individuals in the technical department at CD. She diligently oversees matters of food safety, legality & quality, as well as hygiene. Currently, Eva is focused on obtaining our ISO 14001 certification, which demonstrates our commitment to environmental & sustainability compliance.

❤️When asked about her role, Eva exclaims, “I absolutely adore my job and find joy in every moment…even during site audits! A typical day at CD consists of various team meetings, quality & taste panels, process audits & product quality assessments. These activities ensure that our site standards, processes & products not only meet legal requirements but also fulfill the needs of our valued customers”.

❤️Eva’s favourite butter is our delicious Welsh spreadable - “I use it daily at home and my family love it.”

❤️Fun Fact: Eva is a fully qualified veterinarian but has worked in food industry for over 20 years.
