Lash Lift

Wanted darker, lifted, longer lashes?

This is easily my busiest treatment in summer and winter. It’s great for holidays/festivals and the festive season.

A patch test is required before any treatment but it’s totally worth it.

Recovery from my operation is almost complete, so I am starting to fill my diary up again.

I have various days and time available over the summer holidays and then from September I will be booking on Monday Evenings/ Wednesday Day & Thursday Day and Evening.

It’s holidays and festival season so that means lots of Lash Lifts.

Also one of the only treatments I do that I can photograph with a result.

Lash lifts lift and curl your lashes and also make them darker. When the eye is open the lashes are curled backwards and are darker. Means they look great without needing mascara. So easy maintenance.

It’s time to rebuild my beauty business.

I am so bad at remembering to do before and after pictures of my work.
Do be honest you get a better picture with eyes open.
But you can see how straight these lashes were and how more curly and dark they are giving a look of mascara and curler used.
These will look good for at least 6 weeks and can be redone every 8 weeks.

Perfect for short lashes and hayfever sufferers as no mascara needed for weeks.

Managed to get my hands on some lovely new Sparitual polishes. Yes I still do normal polish especially on toes.
With these vegan and natural polishes you can’t go wrong.
So happy to have some new additions.
Preparing slowly for a very very phased return in June.

Recovery is slow but on its way.

It’s hello from me.

Just to let you all know I am doing ok.
It’s been a tough couple of weeks but I feel like I am turning a bit of a corner.

Looking at booking one client in a day from the end of the month. Just to see how I go.
However I won’t be able to lift my massage couch until at least mid June so anything where my couch is involved either the client will need to lift it or you will need to come to my home.

June will be all about trial and error 😁

So yesterday was hysterectomy day 🎉

I was in and on the table so quickly which helped with the anxiety. In the table a little longer than anticipated due to findings - Mrs Awkward I am - never gonna change.

Long time in recovery trying to get on top of the pain. Lots of tears because I am just sad about a lot of things right now.

It was touch and go as to if I came home. But knew home would be the best for me as all the boys were worried about me.

In a lot of pain today but resting up.

I did it 💪🏽 lots of follow up and potentially a journey ahead. Like I said Mrs Awkward.

For everyone that’s just had a c-section I see you and I hear you and if you have any pain tips I am all ears. I have my peppermint tea and love hearts.

So I have been waiting for a date for an operation, and it’s finally come through.
So from Friday 3rd May until Monday 17th June I will be off work. It’s major surgery and recover is at least 4-6 weeks. I will definitely not be able to lift my massage couch until that date in June.

I will contact all my current booking and see if we can rearrange and sort out timings.

New massage waxes

It’s been a while I have been dragging it out but found this natural bee wax company and went with it.

I am opening back up my dairy to new clients and those that might of taken a step back.

My mum tragically passed away so I needed space and time. I still do but I am able to manage what I take back on, as things have settled.

It’s a long road ahead with more bumps I am sure but for now I want to do what I love.

I am now closed for 10 days.

I haven’t been posting much due to my mum sadly passing away at the end of February after having been in a road traffic collision.

As you can imagine it’s changed my life and I have just been trying to get through my commitments not being able to make more due to a lot of things.

I am now taking 10 days off for my mums funeral, my birthday and then Easter.

I need some time with my family and some time for myself and then I will be back.

Happy February.

I am going to be merging with page with my Nurture You Grow Baby page to be everything that I do. The baby side is growing and the beauty side is fading away.

Times are changing and in the interest of mental health it’s time to stream line and refocus.
