Client Trust Series Part 3

Explain potential complications and action plan. Complications are real and we can't escape them, all we can do it's be a safe as we can to try and avoid them. It's super important that your clients are aware of every risk, even if it's a 0.01% chance of happening.

My clients will be familiar with the worlds longest medical and consent form that I send over to them haha. Explaining your action plan if something were to happen will let your client know that they are in safe hands.

Also, if you don't have an action plan for every complication then I advise doing this! Let me know if you would like my FREE template to help you plan yours.

Client Trust Series Part 2

Delegating outside treatment - this follows on from the last trust series with honesty.

I will always state what can be achieved in the best case. Something I always mention is plastic surgery. Non surgical treatments have their limits and I always give clients the knowledge that if we can't achieve their goals surgery may be the best option.

Additionally in years to come what I can offer may have reached its limit and it's time to consider surgery. This builds trusts as your clients will know that you will not just keep taking their money and have their beset interests at heart.

Are you happy to point your clients in other areas if it suits them best?

Honesty with timescales on when the result will be achieved. Don't promise the earth in one session. I say to my clients 'give me year,' this isn't to say the client won't notice a difference in one session but for me to achieve the best results I need a good trip around the sun haha☀️

I also set the expectations low and give a best case and worst case scenario for the results that can be achieved. It's very rare minimal results are achieved which means you can over deliver and exceed expectations.

People see through false marketing, what people want is someone reliable and honest who they can trust.
