Welcome September ❤️

Always a bit bittersweet for me. Child is growing up and into the last year of primary school.
The cooler/cold weather is on its way even though summer didn't feel long enough.
However I am ready to turn a bit more in and slow down the mental pace even if the physical pace will be crazy with events and school events and stuff.
I am so ready to nurture my soul on a deeper level and connect with you all on a deeper level also in my sessions. I tend to ask more questions during the colder months rather than just do. I observe and ponder more so I am looking forward to the answers that come up and for a metaphorical rest and actually harvest all the fruits of the hard work and enjoy the sessions that been created for the new seasons.

However u do the season change will be perfect for you and is meant to be that way ❤️

I absolutely love the contrast of my work. Helping all ages from babies to adults is my absolute passion and mission.

Last week I have held sessions for over 30 people in total.
If it has helped just one person then my mission is on the right track.

Just look at those babies fast asleep:)
I am immensely grateful to be the conduit and channel for these frequencies to help facilitate the time and space for so self healing of my clients can begin.

Our body is a clever system especially our brain and by lowering cortisol and elevating melatonin levels by changing your brain wave state, anxiety, stress and self healing can begin at a cellular level.
