G3 Construction - Cambs LTD

A recently finished garden project of ours , we have put in sufficient foundations to replace the old fencing with 9 inch brick walls .

We added a new patio , repointed the existing , added a shed base and levelled out and turfed .

We’re back in a few weeks to fit the aluminium pergola and shed and any outstanding snags . 🏡🪴

So back after a nice break away 🏖️

We had one of our self employed carpenters insulate and plasterboard our triple garage conversion in Cambridge whilst away , and we came back to finish it off and now our plasterers are there cracking on .

We have started a garden project this week , replacing all the old fencing with 9 inch brick walls , new turf and a new patio with concrete pad stones for a pergola .

This likely to be our final garden project of the year , but we’re looking forward to a busy diary leading up till Christmas and after ! 🏡

Another porcelain patio we recently completed for a Client.

We had recently completed there extension / kitchen knock through and then added this patio after 🏡🏡

So we’re currently in Cambridge , building a robust black cladded , insulated shed with a security door and window and electrics .

This is for our clients to move all there belongings out of the garage into this before we start work on a large garage conversion turning into a studio room with its own ensuit .

We recently helped Derbyshire Federation for Mental Health in which a family member works for and supplied there required material they needed .

Our recent job we finished in a very popular Cambridgeshire village for a couple who had recently moved into the area from the midlands .

We added extension , and converted the garage but there’s not much in this house other than the upstairs that we didn’t do work on .

We have had had a small issue with the roof lantern and which we are confident is rectified .

16 week project , we turned around in 11 weeks , with the clients using there own flooring company and a recommended decorator from us ( Max Cave best in the business )

Absolutely joy to work for these clients , who now the decor was all sorted we popped in for some pictures .

A recent porcelain patio with sleeper borders on a project for a repeat costumer we had last year done the extension and rear dormer and more .

We added the extra pathways and stepping stones other the happy Clients going to add there own loose stone . 🏡

A recent porch we completed in longstanton .

A tricky one with the foundations having to be dug to 2.2m because of a near by tree roots , but all done with happy clients 👌🏻 🏡

A rear extension and kitchen knock through we recently finished in Huntingdon .

Very nice kitchen and flooring supplied by Wren Kitchens and happy clients .

Only things we didn’t do was decorating and external finishes .

Site set up on a small but challenging one this week .

Currently waiting on another job for our clients decorating and flooring to be completed and we will have finished photos of that one .

Next week our kitchen goes in on one of our other projects ✔️👍🏼🏡

Looking to wrap this one up in the next few weeks 👌🏻

Whilst on another we’re waiting for the decorators and flooring to be done so we can do our final snags and onto the next jobs 👌🏻🏡🏡

A take down orangery and rebuild Job for our clients in Huntingdon

This will be a new extension turning into a kitchen knock through .

Unfortunately a slight delay on our steelwork but we have set our roof out so we can install internally after .

Ready for concrete on this cold but sunny Friday for these reinforced garden stairs on a large garden project we have started up again due to planning problems .

Looking forward to seeing the end product of this job !

Mixed project this one . .

We have done Structual works on this, as well as blocking doorways , creating new ones , stud work and room changing and 6 new windows and new external door .

This is a first phase of this clients job as we will be doing a two story and single story extension another time for them .

Client has supplied there own plumber and plasterer , so we will be back to do second fix carpentry work hence they’re ready . 🏡🏡

We have 95 % finished a driveway job of ours recently ( just waiting for our client who is tackling his own planters) .

We have used permeable charcoal block paving in the entrance , and black basalt stone on driveway and it’s 420m2 to cover also using gravel grids to the entire area .

This costumer is a repeat client of ours , and is almost at the finish line of his house / project .

We are currently pricing for his neighbours so hope for more repeat customers not too far away 🏡👍🏼
