Tuesdays Supple Strength - 7.30pm
Thursday Dance Ae
Supple Strength: Blend of yoga and Pilates inspired movements and postures for a relaxing yet challenging class. Dance Mix: Fusion of different dance styles including Cardio Kick movements for a high energy workout and a Latin routine, finishing with stretch and tone for an all over body workout.

Hope you all had a good week last week for the bank holiday and half term break. Had a busy week with a short break then arranged to collect our puppy! Classes now resume today (Tues 4 June) with Supple Strength tonight at 7.30pm in the school hall, Fenstanton, and then Dance Aerobics with Salsa on Thursday.
Lovely to see a mix of regulars and newcomers at the classes over the last couple of weeks

I always like to incorporate a 'plank position' as part of our Supple Strength class (at least four times per class) as it's a great challenge with lots of benefits and with different options to suit your fitness level. But what are those benefits, and what if you did it every day, even if just for one minute? Here's a list of some of those benefits:
1. Strengthened core
2. Improved posture
3. Improved flexibility
4. Improved balance
5. Improved metabolism
6. Improved mood / relieves stress
7. Reduced belly fat..Right, I'm off to do a one minute plank!
Dance aerobics 2night then we break for half term next week
Attended a really interesting fitpro webinar on the science of recovery & energy restoration. Exposure to natural daylight, keeping hydrated, nutritious meals, gentle exercise and a good sleep pattern all play a vital part.
Another fabulous dance aerobics class this evening, well done all, great job on the salsa routine!! 👏

Our Story
Following my certification in 2006 for Exercise to Music, I’ve been a member on the Register for Exercise Professionals ever since, running a variety of classes each week. I’m currently teaching the following:
Supple Strength: Blend of yoga and Pilates inspired movements and postures for a relaxing yet challenging class.
Dance Mix: Fusion of different dance styles including dance aerobics, cardio kick and a sizzling salsa section, follwed by stretch and tone for a great all over body workout.
Suitable for all levels of fitness with both high and low impact options available.
