2 days, 4 shows and over 400 guests to feed… what a few days!

For those unaware, last weekend we had the pleasure of working with on their recent performance of Faulty Towers, The Immersive Dining Experience.

During the performance, the audience became diners in the ‘Faulty Towers Restaurant’, where our team served a traditional 70s style 3 course meal amongst the hilarity and chaos.

😅*wipes sweat from brow*… what a month!

A huge congratulations to the couples that allowed us to be a part of their big day in July, and a big thank you to those who chose us to cater their event and conference! We had an incredible month and can’t wait to do it all over again in August!

Here’s a snippet of J & I’s menu they those for their big day 👇🏻

🍗 For mains, a BBQ menu filled with .farmshop steaks, local sausages, herby chicken and an abundance of sides

🍧 A station of desserts, with options from lemon tarts with mojito cream, warm chocolate brownie and sticky toffee with a caramel cream.

And for evening snacking, 3 different bowl food options:
1) Satay chicken and beef, chilli, peanut sauce and Asian slaw 🥡
2) Spiced lamb kofta, pickled cabbage, cucumber mint dressing and chilli sauce🧆
3) Finally, panko breaded deep fried mac and cheese with sriracha mayo 🧀

🙌🏻Did you know that we donate usable leftover food to our local care home?

As caterers, it will be no shock to you that we sometimes have leftovers from our events. We like to ensure that we provide plenty and that all of our guests are satisfied, which can sometimes mean we are a little over prepared!

But no fear! With any leftover/ additional food, we actually donate this to our local care home! They adore something a little different and it brings us such joy!😌

He said,"My passion is providing people with great food and a wonderful experience with an adventurous twist!"

Canapés, aren't they just amazing? 🍾​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Canapés offer multiple different options for everyone, all in a convenient, bite-size form. Not to mention their elegant and enticing appearance!

A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of catering a fantastic birthday celebration at ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​After visiting a Mexican/ Japanese fusion restaurant in Notting Hill, the client asked us to recreate something similar for her guests at her birthday celebration.

By combining unlikely flavours such as chipotle and daikon, and prawn toast with pico de gallo- we were able to nail the brief and create a meal to remember!

Ps- how incredible is this tablescape! We absolutely loved seeing bring this to life.
