Harriet from our Ipswich centre has been busy baking! 😋 🧀 Ingredients: 300g self-raising flour ½ tsp Wholegrain mustard 75g butter 185g mature cheddar cheese, grated 1 egg, beaten 250ml milk For the topping: 150g mature cheddar cheese ½ tsp paprika Cracked black pepper and rock salt You'll also need 10 large muffin cases and a muffin tin. 👩🍳 Instructions: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Sieve flour, add Wholegrain mustard. Rub in butter until it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in cheddar cheese, beaten egg, and milk. Spoon the mixture into muffin cases. Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden and cooked through. Cool on a rack, then serve warm. Get ready to savor these cheesy delights.
