May all who are thankful say “How great is the Lord our God, through all the earth”. YES! For we @ TIEC Group are highly grateful for the just concluded Cambridge International Education Conference CIEC. A Teaching Conference for Teaching professionals titled: ‘Teaching, Leading and Learning’✔

It was an amazing experience. The speakers were Seasoned, Swift and Savvy in their respective presentations. With the most enthusiastic and extraordinary audience from Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa and UK. They all shared a rare joy to the training served. Each day had its distinct training style, that was engaging, insightful and equipping to all.

It is certain that the global disruption has brought about a ground-breaking Educational system. we are advised not to see setbacks which have occured due to the disruption as Permanent, Pervasive or Personal, but rather as Temporary, Specific and External. For that reason, there is need to find a purpose in who we are, what we do and why our effort will make a difference. We must continue to staff our weakness through up-skilling and trainings.
"Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu" which literally means “that a person is a person through other people”. This is a Zulu phrase, where the most striking used word ubuntu is part of. Ubuntu, meaning I AM because WE ARE. Ubuntu is collective leadership, Ubuntu is equity in leadership, Ubuntu is commitment and respect as leaders in our various organisations because a leader is someone who sees more potential in others than they see in themselves.👍
