Another week done ✅ hope everybody has a great weekend ⚽️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 what’s everyone’s predictions ???

Our central Cambridge extension/ refurb project is progressing well, plastering has started ready to move into finishing stages in the coming weeks 🤗 🏠

Last week we began works at abbey college in Cambridge to carry out some remodelling to the medical centre. First job of many we will be completing on site over the summer holidays, yes I said summer holidays 🫣☔️ confused me a little bit too, but apparently it is currently the summer holidays 🤷‍♂️

So fresh! 😍 we LOVE these photos 📸 that our customer sent us of the bespoke wardrobes we recently installed in one of our loft conversion projects. What do we think? Painted in farrow and ball “hay” 🎨

Keeping it as classic 1930s with this dormer and full house refurb. What does everyone think? Keep it classic, or go modern/zinc etc? 🏠 Thanks to all involved as usual!

⭐️ Scaffold down on this loft conversion revealing the zinc dormer . We had to raise the ridge on this project to the architects design, to achieve good head height inside. . Turned out a Lovely bedroom and ensuite with built in storage **yes I know there’s a broken ridge tile 🙁

The final picture from the last post didn’t upload for some reason but here we go 😂 we did it. Mission complete ✅ 🤝

Recent loft conversion with 9.5metre rear flat roof dormer which has doubled the living space in this bungalow creating an open plan landing area, 2 new double bedrooms, a bathroom and a small storage room to house the new boiler.

Something slightly different here on this loft conversion.. 👀

A few before and after shots of this garden project we did last spring, in time ready for the summer ☀️ As it was quite a large area, we split it into three different levels, reducing the final step onto the grass area.. also creating a huge planter one end of the patio 🪴

Lovely ensuite in this loft conversion! So much natural light from the electric skylight 👌🏼 All tiles from and bathroom suite from Huws.

I know I’ve already said this 100 times but…. I love the framing stage of lofts! So Very satisfying seeing it all come to life from a tired old roof to a new loft structure with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The guys doing a great job on this one 👏🏼 🔨

Great to see these finished photos of a loft conversion finished end of last year 🤩. This consisted of a loft conversion with a rear dormer, and a first floor extension to the rear of the house. What do we think?

Scaffold up , site set up and start strip out tomorrow ready for next week. Big 10metre flat roof dormer on this one. Lovely 🤩 also great reason to use the new drone 😂 drone spam incoming 🚁 📸

It’s great when the scaffold goes and you can finally see your work 😃 we have returned to this property to do the loft, after the lower extensions and refurb in the previous years.. looking good 🏠

Another one ready for skim, opted for no windows in this one again. Seems to be the new trend 😅🤣
