What a beautiful wedding we were delighted to be invited to. Here’s the wedding cake and cupcakes I created. Three layers of vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam and buttercream and topped with three layers
of chocolate fudge cake, filled with choc fudge icing!

Raspberry cheesecake

Three layers of lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream. Created for a Brandy and chocolate lover xx

Bottom tier, three layers of chocolate sponge filled with chocolate butter icing and the top tier is three layers of salted caramel filled with salted caramel buttercream!

A wedding cake that I made for a friend. The bottom tier is a rich fruit cake and the top is chocolate. She wanted it covered in Royal icing ! I can safely say that I am never using it again!!! Such a difficult job to get it smooth!!!!! Stress levels were through the roof and a so much of the icing ended up in the bin!!! I will just add that she was delighted and as I attended the evening celebration, I was able to taste it. Delicious!!!

This cake took approximately 9 hours from turning on the oven to completion!!

Really enjoyed making this cake.

Egg free cupcakes, and I actually got to taste one!! Very yummy!!

Something different for Mother’s Day…why not treat her to a beautiful box of my delicious goodies. Biscoff millionaires, biscoff flapjacks, biscoff rocky road and Percy pig fudge. Each box contains six generous slices at a cost of £10 each. I also make biscoff and white chocolate truffles, 8 in a box, also £10.
