The boring bit - here at mamas makes we do sewing alterations and can fix damaged clothing (to a degree some things are beyond repair) , make custom costumes, clothing, accessories such as comforters, blankets, memory cushions , small household items.

The more me bit - I’m a small business set up during lockdown on a very small scale to give us mums and dads a break, I try and keep my prices affordable and source fabrics far and wide within budgets.
Most of my projects at the moment are giving moms and dads a break when our lovely children pull letters out there bags a week before they need a costume for whatever the school has deemed necessary for that upcoming week 🙄 you know like world book day, pantos, dress up like a pirate day ect. (Schools, nurseries seem to think we all have money trees) so I’m here to make your lives easier 🥰 I can also take up, in school uniforms as our children all come in all shapes and sizes that also goes for all adult clothing too. There is nothing I won’t have a go at and if a job is too big I will be honest enough to tell you I can’t do it as I’m transparent and will always be honest with potential clients.
I also make Velcro blackout blinds that stick to windows that you can roll and tie up (perfect for people who private rent as they do not damage the property and are perfect for children who see a crack of light and think it’s time to get up 🤣

Mammas makes had the pleasure of making this custom veil for this beautiful bride with nothing but off cuts from her beautiful nude/champagne wedding dress, to make sure it matched perfectly to her dress on her big day embellished with a vintage Swarovski button and clip to accentuate her dress on her special day 💫

It is my pleasure to have made these for two special girls who are in the Cinderella production based at the prince of Wales theatre in Cannock Staffordshire 🤩
Two beautiful servant/orphan costumes and the girls have not only made there parents proud but blown away everyone who have had the pleasure to watch them 🙌🏻 well done girls ⭐️💫
